Positive: Safe neighbourhood, 15 minutes walk to the historic centre. Large, secure underground garage. Beautiful refurbished building with arty touches.

Negative: Bit of confusion checking-in, so had a short wait, but the owner sorted it out.

Positive: This property is well presented and spacious. The entry was easy snd there is 24 hour security. Could walk to historic centre. The apartment had everything we needed. I great restaurant and bar close by. No big supermarkets in walking distance, but small stores have some supplies. We enjoyed 5 nights here.

Positive: It was a really easy check in process, the neighbourhood is really safe (which can be hard to find in the City Center due to crime). It's one of the few locations that offer parking inside and there was plenty. The apartment is located in a newly renovated building, used to be a convent from hundred years ago. There is a fantastic mix of modern and colonial architecture. Would definitely come back.

Positive: Wonderful apartment in a great location. The design of the apartment is exceptional. It contains everything you need. The street is amazing with some excellent restaurants and two small museums. The location is very convenient to the center of the centro historico de Quito. We travel to Quito regularly and will book this whenever it's available. The 24 hour security people were very helpful. Secure parking was easy to do and lots of flexibility about coming and going.
