Positive: 1. Amazing host, absolutly lovely. He made sure we had a great stay and even prepared breakfast early so we could catch our tour. As we were the only guests, he have us a room Upgrade for free. 2. Location is very good, quiet street, very central. Positive: We had a fantastic stay in Kinde House & would happily recommend it. The accommodation was very comfortable, the breakfasts were truly amazing & Eduardo was a fabulous host. He gave us his WhatsApp number & was always available for any questions or advice. It was easy to get to the Old Town & there were restaurants nearby.

Positive: Everything was perfect. Eduardo helped us with EVERYTHING. He is very kind and answered all of our questions. Going to downtown takes 10 min walk or cost 1.5 dollar with uber. I reccomend you to book with breakfast. The eggs were one of the best I’ve ever eat. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Power for chargers are also suitable for European type I’m sure you will be pleased to stay with them☺️❤️

Positive: Amazing stay at Kinde House. Very quiet and safe location with private parking. Big room, very comfortable beds, great breakfast. Host Edoardo is very hospitable, friendly and helps with everything you need. Drinking water, coffee and tea are available all the time for free, which is definitely a plus. The accommodation has a large rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of Quito and is about a 10 minute walk from the old town. Definitely recommend, 10/10.

Positive: The room and bed, were very comfortable, clean, and contemporary. Kitchen to have a cup of coffee or tea any time. The breakfasts were freshly made, very good quality, fruits, eggs, local baked pan, fresh juice. The location is a 15 min walk to the Basilica or plaza Grande. The produce market a few minutes away, many eateries around. Highly recommend! The best value for money!

Positive: Highly recomended. I am a solo traveler and in Kinde house I felt welcome, safe and cared for. Lovely room, really good bed and owners helped with everything I needed. They let me use my room until I was leaving, well past check out time.

Positive: Everything! I travel a lot, and this host is exceptional. The care, the extra mile he was going to make our stay memorable are beyond any expectations. We have to live earlier? Breakfast is ready early! And what breakfast! Home made, fresh, tasty! If we have to go too early, the breakfast to go is waiting, carefully packed! The quality of the whole hotel and the room are also exceptional! Highly recommend!

Positive: The Old Town location places Kinde House within a short walk of the beautiful cathedrals and Eduardo helps with directions so there's not too much up and down on the hills. He also shared suggested attraction/destination location information through WhatsApp so we had other options to consider seeing while in Quito. The breakfast was wonderful - eggs, fruit, bread, empanada, and fabulous juice and coffee. Kinde House is finishing construction of a nice rooftop dining/gathering area. Eduardo took us up so we could relax there and enjoy the view at night. We arranged for airport pickup and drop off through Eduardo. Juan was waiting for us with my name on a sign when we arrived in Quito and drove us back to the airport for our late flight back home. Could not have gone more smoothly. Exceptional.
