Positive: Location was good and having an apartment with a washing machine iron etc was great as we had been travelling for some weeks

Negative: Although there was free parking which was excellent as overseas tourists we did find the carpark hard to locate More specific instructions with the name of the street to drive down and around the building and into the carpark. We were looking for a P sign but it was a private carpark

Positive: Excellent contact with the hosts (special kudos to Josune) and top notch location of the apartment. The free underground parking comes in handy if you have (or rent) a car. Overall a great place to stay in Bilbao.

Negative: The bathroom is a bit on the small side.

Positive: Lovely apartment perfect for our group of three. Super touch milk, coffee pods and muffins left for us. Market directly opposite super for day to day stuff. Apartment clean, comfortable, very nice place. And some truly new age lock systems! Thank you Josune

Negative: Parking is close but a little confusing to get into. Looks like you are driving down into a commercial dead end but once we worked it out was ok. Basically go around huge buildings (hospital??) and then down a ramp the key opens the gate etc.
