Positive: Location. Facilities. Clean.

Negative: No hot water. My first day the water heater was not turned on. They were aware of this and told me they needed to get propane. Much later, still no hot water. When I called I was told I should have hot water. No one ever came to turn it on, so how can it be working now? It was finally turned on much later in the day. It never got warm enough to take a shower the whole stay. Too much of my time wasted on this! I was offered 2 rolls of toilet paper(1 for each bathroom).One of them looked like it had gotten completely wet, bashed in on one side, some small stain was on it. I can't believe they did not replace this. No way am I using that. The dryer lint catch was completely full. It would have been more comfortable if there were a few table lamps.

Positive: The apartment is a decent size for our family of four, with everything you need (beddings, kitchen appliances, two bathrooms, a tv), that really is a plus. All the furniture is new. Location is good too, a 10 min walk to the center area. And the parking garage on site is very convenient. Staff is friendly and available by phone, thank you.

Negative: The water heater didn't work regularly, but the staff was available to help us. The cleaning team also forgot to clean out the freezer. Finally, it was unfortunately twice the price of a hotel room as well as other apartments on Airbnb, which we found to be quite expensive. But at a busy time of the year (Dia de Los Muertos), we didn't have much choice!
