Summary: I just have to say that Tahimy, Lazaro, and Mikael provided outstanding service during our 5-night stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The security is top-notch, and Tahimy is truly exceptional—she and the team prepared a fresh, hot breakfast for us every morning with a smile. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. I would happily stay here again and again, simply because of the amazing people who work here. These staff members deserve a diamond medal for their dedication and hospitality. I’ve traveled all over the world, but I’ve never experienced such caring and thoughtful service. Summary: + Beautiful casa, well decorated, pretty courtyard and rooftop with a lot of plants and a sea & city view. + Very friendly host, always around. Helps to book taxis. - Rooms are noisy: noise coming from the kitchen/bar/voices on the rooftop and from the streets (but that is also staying in the city centre of course…). Bring earplugs because the locals like loud music.

Summary: Very nice and clean hotel. The staff was really friendly and the location was good. The breakfast was adequate. The only negative thing was that the room was a bit noisy.

Summary: My stay could not have been better. The property is beautiful, room was impeccably clean and comfortable, service was top tier with a doorman 24 hours a day. A full, delicious breakfast is served on the deck each morning. The staff were all extraordinarily kind, helpful, and made my stay so enjoyable. Located in a very safe area; I never felt unsafe walking alone in Havana. I highly recommend this property for your visit to Havana!

Summary: The communication before arrival was very good, I received good advice and they organised a taxi pick at the airport - taxi ride was about 35mns for 35USD/ Euro. I arrived at night and everything looked very "ghetto-ish" the streets were dirty, collapsed buildings ... but the hotel door already looked reassuring and as soon as you step into the hotel - Wow! It's absolutely stunning. The very high ceilings, the dark wood, the quality of the furnishings (modern but authentic at the same time) and having breakfast on the rooftop terrace is a must. If you are very hungry, you will need to eat again afterwards but for most people it's enough and healthy too. Some fresh fruits, eggs (as you want them omelet, fried, scrambled etc...), a couple of toasts, freshly made juice, coffee or tea and a couple of very tasty - but very tiny (the size of a potato crip lol) - pancakes. The staff is super friendly, the only few issues I found is that although I was told that I could change money at the hotel, it wasn't possible. I also needed to have something printed, and there is no "office" onsite. I was also informed that I could get a SIM card nearby however when I asked where I should go, I was told there was nothing and I should have gotten one at the airport. Anyway, this didn’t spoil the stay and I would definitely go back. Location is perfect as 6mns walk to Placa Vieja, right by the port, plenty of sightseeing to be done.

Summary: Staff was excellent in all respects; very responsive to requests. Rooms were clean and pleasant, if a bit small. Note that our room did not have exterior windows, and based on the layout, I'm guessing many/most of the rooms were like this. However, the rooftop lounge was very pleasant for hanging out if you wanted some fresh air and a view. The included breakfast was good. My only real criticism was that the area immediately around the hotel was not great — definitely not super clean and noisy at times. We didn't feel like it was a high-crime area or that we were in danger, but it was on the sketchy side. The hotel is a fairly short walk from Plaza Vieja, and there are a large number of restaurants within walking distance, ranging from so-so to very good.

Summary: Fantastic and stylish place to stay. Nicely redecorated, good breakfast, lovely staff. Close to everything in old Havana. Definitely recommended. Only minor thing is the noise. We had room 2 on the street side. It’s a lively neighbourhood. Compared to other area’s in old Havana a bit more ‘rough’, but we felt safe.
