Positive: Staff was super friendly, also love the hot spring, not available with every room but it was worth the upgrade.

Negative: Rooms are definitely a bit older, no elevator and bed was just ok.

Positive: The accommodation is very clean and quiet. The host couple are very friendly and helpful. The in-house hot spring is a plus with minimum additional fee.

Negative: It would be nice to have more choices of breakfast.

Positive: The spa add-on is well worth it. I would even suggest taking the private spa option so you don't have to deal with wet clothes. Laundry is free for cyclists, location is easily accessible by bicycle and has lots of retail and food options nearby. The host and hostess are extremely friendly and hospitable. One of the streets nearby has lots of fat cats which are very friendly and will let you pet them.
