Summary: The massage was amazing, but you can only use the amanities for 2.5 hrs even if you have a room for some nights, also the pool was really cold, so no one really used it.

Summary: These Hotel was beyond my expectations, excellent, with a complete full SPA jacuzzi, swimming pool, and sauna very professional personal and very polite the hotel is in top of beautiful View of a lake and a city . For me has 5 stars razonable price .

Summary: very quiet place for a time to relax and find inner peace. Sauna are separate for women and men... i was with my wife and have to spend time alone when i was on this area.

Summary: Great stay as always. Breakfast "Huevos Benectinos" are wonderful. Room was cold at night but that's just Guatemala as many hotels and most houses don't have HVAC. We stayed this time in December but also stayed in May when the nights were not as cold. The owner is very gracious and the serivce is exceptional. Views of el Volcan de Pacaya and el Lago de Amatitlan are breathtaking.
