Positive: The location close to the center of Borgo Valsugana, the nice and clean room in the historical building, the friendly hosts, the easy check-in with a code in case you arrive late.

Negative: The wash basin made of glass is slightly dangerous and not practical.

Positive: The manager of the hotel was very sweet and welcoming. They deserve all 10 points just for the outstanding hospitality. Otherwise the room with the terrace was comfortable. Would stay there again.

Negative: The washing powder smell on the bed linen was too strong for us, but still, not as strong as we had experienced at some other places. Still tolerable.
