Positive: Visited this place as part of our Sam Dunes desert trip package and absolutely loved the entire experience. The package included a camel safari, delicious dinner, and beautiful cultural dance performances, all of which were very well organised and enjoyable. We unfortunately lost a nose pin at the venue, but the staff went above and beyond to help us find it and even sent it back to our hotel. Their kindness, honesty, and hospitality truly touched us. One of the most hospitable and genuine teams I have come across.,

Positive: Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future .the host is very sweet ♥️
