The home features 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen with large island and granite counter tops, a master bedroom with private bathroom and modern, plank flooring tile throughout the home.
Enjoy the relaxing 9 X 20 ft porch with comfortable furniture.
Outside, we have lounge & other seating, a kayak, a 37 foot dock & more.
1 Trailer is allowed and most will fit in front.
You will also enjoy a neatly appointed living room with a sliding glass door overlooking a wide, deep-water canal.
Large-screen Smart TVs are located in the family room and the Master bedroom.
Just bring your toothbrush as this home is fully stocked with amenities! Love to cook? The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare and enjoy your fresh catch.

Summary: This little duplex had everything we needed. It was very clean and cozy. We had one issue come up while we were there and the owner and property manager rushed to get it fixed for us. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: This is very nice unit with a very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans and baking dishes all in good condition. As always, Key Colony Beach provided a great central location from which to explore the Keys.
