Positive: The location was fantastic! So close to the trendy area, Kamiyama area. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area and so close to the Shibuya shopping area.

Negative: Even though the room was tidy, the cleanliness of the room wasn't that good considering the cleaning fee.

The amenities were fantastic and well-maintained, providing everything we needed during our visit. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. What really stood out, though, was the staff – they were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special mention goes to their willingness to store our luggage during a gap between our stays. This thoughtful gesture made a world of difference and showcased their commitment to exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Salon Hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Positive: It was small, but fine for the 3 of us. It had everything we needed and was very clean. It was a bit far from the train station, but at least it wasn’t in an area that was full of people all the time. There was a very good coffee shop right in the front of the building. There was also a 7-11 right across the street which was great for getting snacks and drinks.

Negative: There were pretty strict rules that were a bit difficult to adhere to. We would be fined if we ate on the futon. I think that meant the bed. Since the room was so small, we had to put our luggage on the chairs, so there weren’t many places where we could eat our snacks, other than the floor. But I do understand that the rules are strict in order to keep the place clean and tidy. We also couldn’t roll our rolling luggage into the room. We had to carry them in.

Summary: We had a very enjoyable stay at salon Shibuya, and would stay there again.
