Positive: It's a very clever space, with two spacious rooms, and good shower and a kitchen area. The sofa bed had been made up for me, and was very comfortable. I had my blind 90 year old mother with me and the space worked well for her - warm, easy to navigate and all on one level.

Positive: Although a small annex, it is very comfortable, quiet, secure and cosy. There seems to be underfloor heating which makes the annex very cosy at night. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and biscuits are provided when you arrive. There is a fridge, sink, and microwave in the mini kitchen and a generous amount of plates, mugs, cutlery and cooking essentials. Towels, toilet paper, shower gel and hand soap are also provided. The WiFi is great and there's Netflix and other popular channels on the TV. Let's be honest here, the owners have thought of everything to make it a great place to stay.
