Positive: The receptionist was very friendly and apologetic.

Negative: The room's cleanliness could use some work, dust in corners and on baseboards. At first we were offered a different room (a double room with an additional bed) than the one we booked (triple room), but we insisted and had to wait for quite a while while they were preparing it. In the morning, housekeeping broke in without knocking long before checkout, and were generally very loud all morning.
