Positive: A very cosy little room with e dry thing you need. I would only suggest some extra plates, but it's no big deal and be very careful as the floor in the bathroom is very slippery when wet, I stepped onto it and slipped over. Otherwise it is a great place to stay and a great location. The staff were also very good with communication.

Positive: Location was in a quiet street, close to the supermarket/shopping centre. My room was large and equipped with everything I needed, comfortable beds. Bonus of washing machine and dryer was appreciated.

Negative: On reflection it was fortunate that I shared this accommodation with my family as the two rooms are directly opposite each other with a small landing in between, so if the other room was occupied by others it could be an issue with noise etc. The stairs are quite steep. The beams above the bed are in desperate need of dusting, there was very visible layers of dust above my bed. My kitchen cupboards had very high shelves and I struggled to get things from the top shelf.

Positive: we have 6 people and rented the whole apartment with 2 rooms. each room has its own washroom, which is very nice.

Negative: it is dusty on the beam, maybe it's not easy to clean up that high up beam. however otherwise are clean.

Positive: Very responsive and helpful host. Kitchenette in the room with microwave and toaster oven, and washing machine downstairs. Close to the Mipple Shopping centre and a lovely bakery. About 15m walk from station.

Negative: Noisy and not very effective air conditioning. Steep stairs to the rooms.

Positive: Car park next to the house, quiet, equipped with washing machine and kitchen that has utensils and cups. The vibes were also very comfortable and calming.

Negative: The floors in the toilet and bathroom were very cold. The dryer wasn't working either.

Positive: Sakara Miyazu is a 10-minute (700m) walk from Miyazu Station. Only 200m from Sakara Miyazu is a bus stop for the express bus to Osaka. And near that area is a supermarket, tourist information center, Miyazu Bus Ticket Center (where you can book an express bus to Osaka). The Former Mikami Residence is just 350m from Sakara Miyazu. Communication with the host went smoothly; she is also very responsive. Entry to the house is keyless. Sakara Miyazu has two rooms available on the second floor. The room we stayed in was very clean and quite big, with its own kitchen (with plates, cups, utensils), refrigerator, microwave, table, chairs, toilet, and shower. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided. There is a common area and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

Negative: The dryer's filter needed cleaning. Luckily there was a coin laundry just around the corner. The area is very quiet and there are few restaurant options. I didn't see any convenience stores nearby. Buses aren't frequent.
