Positive: Nicholas was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He generously provided us with fruits, honey, cherry tomatoes, and olive oil, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen, living room, and bathrooms were all large and spotless. The house itself is big, beautiful, and well-maintained — we truly enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Saint Nicholas House has everything you might need. It is clean, peaceful, close to beautiful beaches and you can also eat tomatoes from the branch :)) The host Nicolas is very helpful and polite.

Positive: Everything was absolutly great, the location was fabulous, nearby some very nice, not croudy beaches, (Kohilary, Paradise, Vulcania...)the house is in very quite place, and it is very spacious, cosy house with a 4 terraces and very nice host Nicolaus, he broughts us his home made products: delicious tomates, honey...and he was all the time available for advise or suggestion. We had a great time and if we decide to come back to Kos next year, we will stay here definitly.

Positive: The location is perfect for everyone who wants to enjoy some tranquility and privacy with a great view over the surrounding olive trees and the sea. The house is very modern and provided everything you need and a lot more. The host Nicholas and his family were very hospitable and could always be reached if in need. They were spoiling us with local produces from the garden (e.g. honey, olive oil, fruits) and wine. The recommendations to a surrounding sand beach with crystal clear water and local taverns were also very helpful. In general, you always felt that everything was done to make your holiday restful. We appreciated the warm welcome, the chats in between and the farewell a lot.

Negative: The slightly bad conscience not to have brought some handmade present from home as well to the great hosts. But maybe we can make up for it the next time. The mattress was a bit too hard for my partner, but for me alright.

Positive: We had a great time and can absolutely recommend this accommodation! The house offers everything you need. The view from the roof terrace or the balcony over the olive trees to the sea is fantastic. The surroundings are very quiet, so you can relax very well. But also restaurants and beautiful beaches are not far away. Many thanks to Dionisia and her family - we would love to come back!
