Positive: It’s a super basic guesthouse, but perfect for a no-fuss one-night stay. The hosts were lovely, the room was clean and comfortable, and they provided a nice simple breakfast in the morning. There’s also a good restaurant nearby, which was convenient.

Negative: Nothing really — it’s simple but does exactly what it promises.

Negative: It was clean however more attention to details needed. The toilet bin was very dirty on the outside and previous guest towels were left on the window sill behind the curtain!

Summary: Set back from the busy, noisy road with a nice garden area to sit in. Good food and friendly family.

Positive: The hosts are a nice Buddist family, they do their best to help guests. Everything is very basic, as you could expect in a small village in a remote part of the world, but you can have comfortable bed, hot water, and simple breakfast

Positive: This home stay is very close to Lamayuru monastery. It’s a very quiet and clean Homestay with a very clean bathroom and bed linen. Also got pipping hot water in the bathroom since they had solar heaters. The breakfast in the morning was in a very pretty garden and was very tasty too.
