Negative: Its in the middle of the road, so sometimes in case of rush it can get crowded nearby.

Positive: The location is awesome. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Ajit and Mandar are super helpful. In fact Ajit helped us with our personal needs as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and looking forward to visit again. I would definitely recommend this home stay.

Positive: The place was clean. The staffs (Ajit and Sumit) were so friendly. Given good suggestions on food and sightseeing. special thanks to the owner. He guided me throughout the trip.

Negative: The water from the taps was very slow. Difficult to drive the cars around the place. This is not the issue with the stay. Going around Malvan itself is a big challenge.

Positive: Very close to the beach and the boat jetty. Clean and spacious room and toilet.

Negative: Non-availability of a restaurant, no kettle for heating water, and old WC. Also, disturbance from the neighbours at night and no security at the gate.
