Positive: The location is good. Peaceful. No noise and no homes nearby. Hosts are very cooperative and proactive.

Negative: Rooms are small . Not suitable for 2 couples [ 4 members]. Average cleanliness.

Positive: The room was spacious, matress was comfortable, and lenin were clean and getting all this at such a competitive price was cherry on top. The property is located at the main road so finding restaurant or accessing any beach was easy. There is no room service however you can ask the caretaker for anything you want. The best part is roads, simply awesome and full credit goes to the government

Negative: Since this place is located in a town, you will not see too much of night life having said that, goa is just 100km away. P.S We made two trips to Tricol (goa) / Arambol in our four day stay.

Summary: Nice and cosy place in a serene atmosphere.
