Positive: Good location. Staff at front desk were nice.

Negative: 2 housekeepers speak no English. Don't think they know how to clean. 2nd time I stay there on my trip. Got same room as I had 3 days earlier. Shower enclosure/wall had not been cleaned. 2 hair stuck on shower wall from 3 days before were still there. Front desk staff came to check. We looked at 3 rooms before he and I could find one that was cleaner. Front desk staff said he had difficulty speaking with them due to language barrier. Not speaking English is not an excuse to not do a job you are hired for. I will most likely never stay there again.

Negative: There’s no breakfast but numerous reasonable restaurants in area for breakfast No coffee machines and hair dryers but I bring my own

Positive: I stayed June 5, 2026. The room was so clean and the bed so very comfortable. It was quiet and the staff was very nice. Many restaurants close by, easy access. It was a terrific value.

Negative: I liked it all..

Negative: Bathroom not very clean . Long black hair stuck all over shower wall. Not sure they even cleaned it between guests. No," do not disturb ", sign for door. Stayed 3 nights. Left room to get coffee next door. Came back with housekeeper in room. Told them I was there 3 nights and didn't need it cleaned. They spoke no English and had difficulty making them understand. All my things were in the room. Already booked for next week but would not probably stay there again.

Positive: The location was very convenient. Restaurants, shopping, cinemas, etc. The pictures are very realistic, what you see you get. The staff is very welcoming and willing to please. They even ask if you have special requests that they might be able to accommodate when you book.

Negative: Nothing at all. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
