Positive: Convenient location near slow boat. Very helpful staff. Good view from terrace.
Negative: Our room was quite different from the one shown in the picture. It had only one window with no particular view and the room did not look fresh as did the room in the picture.
Summary: Comfortable accommodation for one night.

Positive: We had room #20 on the top floor with a fantastic view of the Mekong & Thailand beyond. Our also opened on the beautiful patio where one can sit & watch the long boats go by. Everything was clean & the water was hot.
Negative: Unfortunately, the bed was ROCK hard, like sleeping on a box spring! It was extremely uncomfortable.
