Summary: Beautiful and very quiet hotel with lovely staff and weirdly also lovely neighbours. Room wasn’t quite as modern as the pictures suggested, but it was easy and affordable to extend my stay after discovering just how quiet and nice the place was.

Summary: The staff was very very kind, service is most important for them. If you looke at the property you could be in doubt but they have suffered from serious flooding and covid. They really composate everything. If in any doubt, book them!!

Summary: Feb 2023. Very pretty property with mature trees, greenery, water ponds, garden. Exceptionally friendly staff, promotes good interaction with other guests. 15 minute walk to restaurants in New City. Far from Old Sukhothai (150-200baht = $6 tuk-tuk each way).

Summary: A quiet hotel with friendly helpful staff. The swimming pool was much appreciated in the heat. On the Thursday evening there was a night market around the corner that was well worth a visit

Summary: Great price. The breakfast was good. The hot water for showers was not really that warm. The internet worked great.

Summary: It was a very satisfactory stay over the new year, with home-made speciality snacks offered gratis and free local alcoholic drinks. The owner was very hospurable and genuinelt friendly. A terrific place, with atmosphere and a clean, well-maintained pool.

Summary: It is always interesting to travel in Thailand. There is a different language and culture but sometimes you hit a real gem. I booked a stay at this Guesthouse and was upgraded when I came in and the two staff members that operated were very delightful. They bent over to make my stay Pleasant. Some of the reviews say that it is out of the way however I was there to see the old city of Sukhothai and it was very near a main Songthoew route to the Old City. It was a short walk up alleys or "Sois" to the main road where the Songthoews ran. My experience was quite good so I will recommend this Guesthouse easily.

Summary: Quiet place in a green oasis, nice helpfull staff, lovely swimming pool, good fresh brewed coffee, my bungalow well equipped and functional. highly recommended
