Positive: We were warmly welcomed by Patricia, who provided probably the best customer experience we’ve ever had. She was incredibly supportive. Patricia gave us a full tour of the hotel, highlighting all its advantages, and personally showed us to our room, explaining everything in detail. She also recommended excellent nearby spots for a glass of wine and dinner. Truly outstanding hospitality! The hotel is also unique and very cosy. Great choices for breakfast.

Negative: No breakfast buffet. You have to know beforehand what type of breakfast you want to eat (out of 5) and at what time. The beauty of breakfast in hotels is to be inspired by a large buffet or different choices in the morning...

Summary: OK, but I would not book it again because of the fixed breakfast as it felt like a business meeting.

Positive: One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, a true gem on a Barcelona coast. Little family run spa-hotel that really makes you feel welcomed and at home from the very first moment. A place cares truly about sustainability as well: found the breakfast ordering system absolutely brilliant! Delicious options and minimizing food waste - truly bravo! And all of the staff are absolutely amazing people one wants to get to know closer! Thanks a lot for this wonderful experience!
