Magnificent home in exceptionally quiet area with spectacular Maresme coast and Montseny mountain views.
Just 30 minutes from Barcelona and 20 minutes from Lloret de Mar, Blanes, Costa Brava.
Fully equipped, very comfortable and comfortable with typical building in the area of Maresme and Costa Brava.
Beautiful garden with automatic irrigation, BBQ area and private pool with a large terrace with loungers and parasol. Barbecue area with large garden table.
The house consists of 3 double bedrooms and a suite with terrace and private bathroom.

Summary: We had a wonderful 10 day stay here and it couldn’t have been better. Beautiful house, many bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, BBQ, close to the sea and very large pool on site for which we all enjoyed! A short car ride to town or the supermarkets and 45 min train ride to Barcelona. Fantastic place - we had an amazing time .

Summary: We somehow failed to realize that 1) the house was uphill, far from any grocery store, and 2) there were in reality only one shadowy place to sit and eat (balcony). But when that is said, everything was really nice, and the host was very hospitable, service-minded and informative. She even brought a new coffee machine when we could not figure out how the old one worked and thought it was broken (it was not - we just did not figure out how to use it).

Summary: Julia’s house was a great vacation home for us! It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is awesome…easy to get in and out, a pretty quiet neighborhood, and easy to drive to all the places in Catalunya that you will want to go visit. Julia was very responsive and helpful. A wonderful host!

Summary: We had a lot of fun and the house was just the right size for us all . It was close to everything as advertised and even Barcelona was just up the road. Only downside was the mosquitoes that chewed the heck out of me. Would recommend it to any one looking for a quiet lace in an ideal location.

Summary: Overall nice stay. Interior was old but and could be renewed but everything was working. Kitchen is equipped with basic but all we needed. Beds could have been more comfy but that is to personal feeling. Location is really close to the beach. For groceries you have plenty of options but need a car. Train station is also close by if needed.

Summary: The villa is in a fantastic location with the beach at the end of the road. The town is really nice with some great restaurants and the beaches are beautiful. The villa itself is lovely. Great indoor space with really good bedrooms, especially the top room. The outdoor space is amazing! The balcony on the top floor has beautiful views of the sea and the main outdoor space is perfect for dinner and relaxing. The pool is great and a fantastic area to relax in the sun. I highly recommend this villa. It has everything you want and need for a great holiday. The owner Julia and her daughter were so nice too. They couldn't have made the check in and check out any easier. 5 star rating from me. Many thanks.

Summary: My family of 5 enjoyed a blissful 2 weeks here. We didn't want to leave. The house itself is beautiful with all our needs taken care of. A little bonus was the "suite" and private terrace on the top floor for my husband and I. We dined on the large terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen was fully appointed with masses of crockery and utensils. The large fridge freezer enabled us to store all those little treats. The outside space was stunning with immaculately kept gardens. The pool was a little slice of heaven. It was beautifully warm which allowed for many lazy hours bobbing about taking in the peace and quiet. The beach was within walking distance and the town and supermarkets 2 mins away by car. The town of Arenys de Mar hosted some lovely restaurants and bars, and although not overly touristy it met all our needs. We had an amazing fine dining experience at restaurant El Mot and receommend a visit there but book beforehand. Finally a huge thank you to Julia and her daughter Judith for making us so welcome and being on hand for our every need. We have used HomeAway for the last 4 years and have never been let down. This however has been the best to date.

The location was excellent, just a short 5 minute walk to the lovely Platja del Cavaió where I enjoyed the warm blue waters and sandy Mediterranean beach.
