Positive: The location is great for access to Soller/Valldemossa, the property is beautiful, the views are stunning, the included breakfast was fresh and delicious, the dinner was great, and the staff is super attentive.

Negative: The rooms are not well appointed, were by no means "luxurious", furniture and decor is cheap, beds and pillows are not particularly comfortable, and overall I felt the rooms were a little tired. We were there in October so it was cool/warm but our room was stuffy and the AC didn't really seem to work(?). We got a complimentary upgrade to a room we technically underpaid for, and I *still* felt value was missing compared to other places you can stay in Mallorca. We were comfortable at this hotel because of the property, but the rooms are mediocre - I felt we were more so paying for location, views, and use of the property itself.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, but I would not return to this hotel.

Positive: Amazing views from everywhere - restaurant, pool, bar terrace. We received a very nice upgrade to a deluxe junior suite which was very modern with big glass windows facing out to the sea - an unexpected surprise which we were grateful to receive! Delicious food and impeccable service from everyone. WhatsApp for comms with all the service staff was terrific and made everything easy. Great location for road cycling and plenty of space to safely store your bike. Free yoga with the best view - wow!!! Just stay here.
