Positive: We visited this place over Christmas week. Very cozy place with stunning view of the ocean, love the wood , burning stove. Very comfortable with minimal amenities which made it perfect for a getaway from the city. had a little trouble with the lock getting in and no tv for Christmas Day football, but the host was very prompt and it was fixed within 2 1/2 days and they reimbursed a small amount for the inconvenience.

Negative: Cozy feel perfect for one couple or maybe two. The absolutely stunning view of the ocean beachfront walk access.

Positive: Love the location (quiet and equally close to Cannon and Manzanita), the view (ocean right outside the window), cute little cozy cabin.

Negative: Cleaning and maintenance: so much room for improvement!!! The toiled is leaking, the mattress is 20 y.o. or so, the bed is flimsy, the rose bushes prevent you from entering the house; bathroom rugs and table clothes are old, used and look dirty. New management and little upkeep is required to make it feel like a Dream.
