Positive: Location was central to Namba (about a 10 minute walk) and Shinsekai, including Imamiyaebishu on the Nankai line from the Airport and Daikokoshu on the Metro line for travel around Osaka. Both 7/11 and Lawsons within close range, plus Tamade and Life supermarkets not far away. One of the rare treats was that the accommodation had a cooking element, pots and pans, plus cutlery, and in addition a washing machine. Breakfast was probably one of the highlights here, with a catering company providing a buffet breakfast. Good selection of fresh fruit, fried foods, juices, bread, buns and croissants, tea, coffee etc.

Negative: Sound-proofing. I'm happy with the post 12am drag strip along the street behind the accommodation, but some people may not.

Positive: Fantastic location, spacious room (3x typical business hotel in Japan), free breakfast was a pleasant surprise, all the included amenity and easy access to new towels, easy check in, clear instructions. Close to Shonsekai street and tower, a little gem to visit.

Negative: We found a bed bug on the last day in the morning that made us paranoid, which we were not sure where it came from. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
