Positive: Been to Surin twice before, stayed in hotels each time and was disappointed with them. Looked for something different this time and found a gem. Small resort a few minutes out of the town up a quiet little soi. Friendly hosts, we originally booked a budget room but ended up taking the small villa. They couldn't do enough for us, was told to make it our home for the week. I'd highly recommend staying here instead of a hotel. Was given free range of the place, there's motorbike for hire and a small golf driving range/bar/restaurant a few minutes walk away. Less than a 100 baht for bolt to get to the town centre. The villa was comfortable and spacious with decent shower. Washing machine, vending machines and BBQ , some gym equipment and pool table. Huge selection of music to choose from and relax or dance the evening away to. I'll definitely be staying again the next time I'm in Surin visiting family.

Negative: What didn't I like? I didn't like leaving but flights were booked beforehand.

Summary: Hidden gem.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay with Kevin and Suda. There is honestly nothing wrong to say about their accommodation; super clean, a lot of open space outdoors were you can relax next to the pool, listening to music and open yourself a drink from their “mini tuck shop”. Kevin and Suda are super friendly and great hosts. They love what they do and we are sure they will make you feel as welcome and as comfortable as we felt staying at S&K:) highly recommended!

Positive: Just about everything, kev and Suda have made sure there is everything needed including a small shop like area with drinks and snacks, swimming pool, pool table and fitness equipment, the room was perfect and very clean with great facilities.

Negative: Nothing , I liked everything

Positive: Kevin and Suja made us both very welcome on our 2 day stay. Nothing was any trouble for them. The place is brand new and spotlessy clean. It has a swimming pool and outdoor gym which you are welcome to use, it also has a pool table. There is a well stocked bar in the foyer area. You can also park your car in the car park which is inside a gated area. Kevin and Suja brought us in to the Town Centre on our first night and Suja gave my partner a number of a thai taxi driver to make sure we got back safely. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Surin then I would deffo reccomend S & K.

Positive: This is a brilliant place to stay. The owners are brilliant, they speak English and Thai and know the local area very well. The room was great, bathroom was lovely and the place is stocked with many drinks snacks and extras. The pool area was a real treat, it was why I booked but it far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
