Positive: this is a no-frills hotel, great for value. the location is convenient, close to the hospital. i booked 2 rooms, the other one had some issues with water heater and hairdryer, but mine was okay.

Negative: No staff on site upon arrival. One has to call some posted phone numbers. First number no one picked up, second one a lady did and said to wait. The place is located not within walking distance of the center

Positive: The property is new and nice. The receptionist was a smiley old lady who didn't understand English. Air-conditioned worked very well.

Negative: The amenities in surrounding was very poor except a 24 hours laundry shop. Nearest 7-eleven was about 1km away where it was the nearest place for food. WiFi was verrrrry slow and weak signal. Even pictures on Facebook was unable to appear. Something was wrong with their address shown on website. I was sent to a wrong place 3 times by Grab taxi.
