Positive: Paco is an excellent host who is very friendly and helpful and responds quickly to enquiries. He brought pastries to us one morning and also drove us to the supermarket on arrival. The property is spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and in a gorgeous location. The view of the bay from the veranda is stunning, and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The old town with lovely shops and restaurants is a 20 minute walk away. Thank you Paco for a fabulous stay we all loved it and hope to return one day.

Positive: Paco is the best host and takes pride in providing a lovely and clean home for his guests! He ensures you are provided everything you need during your stay (thank you for the coffee and treats!) and is quick to communicate through WhatsApp. The home was perfect for the four of us! Two bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs, and one bed and bath upstairs. Two bedrooms have balconies with gorgeous views, as well as the living space. We loved the location, peaceful and close to old town shopping and restaurants. Wonderful accommodations and host!

Positive: House is positioned right on the coast.It is quite large,very clean and has all household appliances you may need.When we arrived,in the house was a gift basket,full of different Mallorcan products.Paco,owner of the house was very helpful.When we had a problem with a lock on one of the outer doors,he immediately repaired it.Later,he brought us a delicious ensaimada from the oldest bakery on Mallorca.Place is very quiet and ideal for relaxing.There is a long pathway along the coast,where you can ride bicycle or walk.Beautiful,old city of Alcudia is just 1km from the house !
