Positive: Amazing place! Love it so much! Great for walking around and watching the mountain 🤍 everybody at the reception were very friendly and polite🤍

Negative: Hot tub didn’t work, but in sauna we was alone, sauna and cold tub were very good!

Positive: The staff was super friendly and helpful with organising our activities and taxi transfers. We especially enjoyed the horse riding class with their partner at Beibote. The views from the room were amazing.

Negative: The sauna was unfortunately not on during the spa opening hours. We could have probably requested for it to be turned on, but we didn't want to wait for it to heat up.
