Negative: NOT accessible by car during winter season!! We had to walk up a snow-covered slope WITH our luggage at night after parking the car at the hotel lot at the bottom

Positive: staff were very accommodating. clean place. ski access. free shuttle to yudanaka station.

Negative: the room doesn’t have a bathroom so you really have to use the bath house. every time you use it its 500¥ , 300¥ for towels. i just feel like bathhouse should be included in the room rate since they don’t have a private bathroom. - you can ask the staff to heat your food in the 2nd floor. no microwave in the room

Negative: No drying room at a ski accomodation! This meant we had to pump the heater to try to dry our ski gear, not ideal.

Summary: Cheap and a little shabby but with a nice bath, and dinner buffet.

Positive: Location was fantastic and the staff were so friendly. We are western family who speak very little Japanese and they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.

Negative: The meal were a little repetitive
