Summary: The check in process and the follow up since the reservation made were excellent. The reception when we arrived was 10/10 perfect. If there were a rating of 11/10, I will use that.

Summary: Hotel style property, a little larger than I expected. A bit dated. We stayed in a traditional Japanese room with futons. Overall the room was great, but the futons were the hardest, least comfortable of the trip. Meals however were excellent, and we very much enjoyed the outdoor baths.

Summary: Very peaceful and quiet. Very good hot spring baths and the food was outstanding. Staff was very courteous and provided transportation to and from the hotel and bus stop.

Summary: Amazing experience but a bit odd… we took public transportation which I would not recommend. It took most of the day to get to from Fukuoka. With bad storms, the local train service was temporarily cancelled. Given we had no car and the ground was very wet there was nothing to do but stay put. The hotel staff was very friendly and tried to help us navigate our journey back. The onsen experience was our first and was amazing. Overall the property is very dated and sleepy. The food was disappointing but the dining room views were stunning!

Summary: Peaceful & relaxing environment which is wonderful. Staff are polite & helpful. Breakfast is good but dinner’s portion is insufficient even for a normal diet lady. Seems guests must order additional dishes to make up a full dinner. Should be even better in case there is routine shuttle bus schedule taking guests to area near tourists centre.
