We are out in the country, so be aware that our neighbor has 2 goats, 2 cows, dogs, and chickens.

Summary: A very calming and relaxing space, deer and turkeys within 100 yard or less frequently. Power and laundry facilities worked great. Neighbors dogs act a bit aggressive over their fence but otherwise left us alone.
