Positive: Perfect for our family of 4, plus our dog. Owner was so kind to throw in the trailer at no cost! I had to take a 3 hour Zoom course early in the morning, so it was great that I could stay overnight in the trailer to get up early to be on Zoom, so as not to wake up my family. The kitchen was great - had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious, and my kids had their own rooms! Super clean house. Great location near downtown Santa Barbara!

Negative: Shower was a big small, but not a big deal. Driveway was narrow and somewhat steep. Best to back in for easier pull out onto street with cars parked on each side.

Positive: Geat little home with each bedroom having access to its own bathroom. Nice to have the small third room with a day bed and the sectional couch opens into a full bed as well. The full-size kitchen was awesome for our stay, but the top benefit of this location is the off-street parking for two vehicles. We also loved the option of the small camper in the backyard! Plenty of hot water and the thermostat was easy to operate. Wi-Fi Bandwidth was great for all connected.

Positive: The host is very nice, helpful. and always quick to respond. It makes us feel very comfortable staying there.

Negative: Everything is as described and expected. If I have to pick one, then probably the backyard can be a little cleaner. That's all.

Positive: This was the home away from home. Clean, central located, in a safe neighborhood, large enough for 6 adults and a kitten. We loved the place so much that we plan visiting it again. Thank you David for being an excellent host!!!
