Positive: Well equipped and very spacious property. The map on the fridge helped out greatly initially!
Negative: Had to chase for the entry code to access the property. The en suite bathroom with jacuzzi was a bit strange with only a shower curtain separating it from the bedroom. An indoor clothes rack would be helpful for wet days.

Positive: Location really good. Size of property good. Lots of crockery and pans in the kitchen
Negative: Some of the beds need new mattresses. One bed seemed to have no mattress at all. No basics in the kitchen that people wouldn't necessarily bring, like salt and pepper, oil, tomato sauce, small milk for initial cuppa. The things that make you feel welcomed. The stove had only one working burner so needs replacing and the air fryer didn't work.
Summary: We had a good time, with small improvements the place would be really great for groups to stay.

Positive: There are so many options for finding a space to yourself or to join in group activities. Very homey vibe with all of the comforts of home. Close to town and ocean.
Negative: Instructions for how to work the TV in the bedroom would be useful and truly the thing I disliked the most was that I had to leave this generous dose of holiday paradise and come home.

Positive: Excellent location, quiet street, lovely house, plenty of room and options for space. lovely wood features.
Negative: Fridge was not turned on so had some food go off but that's it! everything else wonderful.

Positive: Great location and really spacious house. Plenty of room to spread out and excellent cooking facilities!
Negative: We had some issues with power which although resolved meant that we had tradies going through the property during our short stay. Also although it’s an older property and generally tidy it could use a deep clean every now and again, especially after people have had parties there!
