Summary: I hadn't received door access codes on the day of my arrival, so I emailed twice with no reply. I called the office number and was assisted by Marla - she explained the unit had been double booked and she would check with her manager about finding an alternate unit for our stay. I heard back from her in 12 minutes, with plans for us to stay in another nearby unit. She promptly texted the door codes and I was able to check in. The unit was nice. Same bed set-up, which was important to me from the initial booking. A large window shade in the downstairs bedroom had become detached from the roller, leaving no covering. I called the number again and Marla contacted maintenance. Maintenance showed up about an hour later and repaired the shade.

Summary: Everything from the house, communication from property manager, and the location was fantastic. House was clean and well kept and the rooftop patio has a nice view of Belmont University. Neighborhood was quiet and is an easy Uber to Broadway in less than 10 minutes. This house is great for groups planning a Nashville visit and we will definitely stay again.

Summary: This house did not provide the experience I was hopeful for. We had a group of 8 girls for a 50th bday party. Was quite disappointed in the cleanliness of the house, basic items were not provided (no hand soap anywhere, no kitchen sponge, one kitchen towel, no dish soap), furniture was in run down condition (couch is filthy, area rug is torn, burn marks in end tables, coffee table is trashed, blankets are stained and have holes). Fully stocked kitchen is simply not accurate - two wine glasses provided, non functional corkscrew, filthy pots and pans. The rooftop deck was less than stellar - the "bar" is a hazard, the wood is warped and not usable. There is a random piece of plywood on the ground. Rugs were disintegrated. For as much as we paid nightly for this house, I would expect much more. Location was only positive.
