Positive: the location was good. it was close to the area of the city and the hundred island.
Negative: the cost is very expensive yet the room is not well maintained. i guess they got it from the name of the hotel, there are rust in the bathroom, from the shower pipe, hose, the shower head is also not cleaned. the sink faucet still has a water marks also the sink inside the room near the fridge. the room is not suitable for for the price they offered. not a standard of the hotel price.
Summary: we really use it as it was closed to the location of the event we have had attended. but not worth it for the price.

Positive: Breakfast is really nice and I liked that it is included in the room price. I enjoyed swimming in the pool. I like my room, it is compact but clean and the bathroom is fine. Very good views from rooftop.

Positive: Though coffee and foods limited, overall it was a great breakfast to offer outside town.
Negative: It was a decent size and place to stay, though the running water smells funky for regular use.
Summary: It was a nice and pleasant stay for me and my family.

Negative: Family room should have atleast 1 1/2 or 2 bathroom , a little bit bigger space to be able to accommodate larger group.

Positive: The property was close to the 100 hundred island. Unfortunately, the bad weather caused us not to explore the island.
Negative: Nothing to dislike about the property.
Summary: The free breakfast in the morning was delicious. You either had to have an American food or a Filipino food.
