Negative: This is just a private room with 3 beds , shared lounge and shared kitchen . No kettle no fridge no cutlery you have to go roof top to use the kitchen equipment. We checked in at 4pm but we had to wait an hour so they could clean up the room . The location is not great if you have a car not safe ,very busy main road then you have to get down to open the gate and close it every time you leave .

Positive: The property was like your house,clean and comfortable. Great bed with good hot water and good water pressure. It has a kitchen on the roof top. The staff are very nice.

Negative: The room with a door glass was hot the aircon has to be very cold to reach the area,no blankets were provided so you can’t put the aircon cold,only one sheet as a cover. The kitchen upstairs was great but going upstairs is not ideal very high steps. Wifi was not reaching the bedroom only downstairs area. The property is on a main road so you can hear the tricycles and other noises . Breakfast was minimal eggs and bread,coffee.

Summary: It was good for a short stay.

Positive: BF ok .... close to 100 islands port . Nice staff. The warm malunggay pandesal sold outside the villa was a treat.

Negative: Villa was ok but not much choices of restaurants around or nearby.
