Positive: The views were amazing and the facility is in excellent shape and laundry washers are available. Owner had people to help with luggage. Operator speaks English fairly well.

Negative: Host did not give detailed information about getting in and out of property and we got locked out one night and lost on a confusing trail to the next village as no tips were provided. Luckily google maps worked. Getting to the property is expensive with luggage and lots of stairs. Owner did have people to help with luggage

Summary: Excellent stay but not without a few issues. Lovely lake and public boats helped make it affordable.

Positive: Amazing property to stay at with a beautiful lake view. Host was very welcoming and professional. Our family enjoyed the location and the beautiful property. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. If you come to Lake Atitlan we recommend this property. Clemens was such a wonderful host. We arrived late because of some delays on the road but he was able to accommodate us in every way possible. We just wish we would've booked for a longer stay.

Positive: The host Clemens was fantastic, so friendly & very acommondating to our needs. The apartment is beautiful & unique. The location offers a spectacular & mesmerizing view of the lake! Wish we had stayed longer than 3 days.

Positive: The views from this property are absolutely breathtaking and the design is fantastic. Clemens and his family are fantastic. They can arrange for the boats to pick you up. His wife also specializes in essential oils and herbs so she can assist you with soaps and other kinds of products. I loved the soap it was much better than the normal soaps I am used to at other hotels.

Negative: The stairwell to get to the house is very steep and good exercise but Clemens is there to assist you with your luggage

Summary: excellent!
