Positive: The owner of Ruska is exceptionally sweet and even though we didnt speak Finnish and she didn’t speak English we were perfectly able to communicate. The rooms and facilities were sparkling clean, comfortable, and a great value for the price. All around great stop on travels!

Negative: Didn't answer the phone always, but called back. The first night the shower was first burning hot then ice cold. The next morning only burning hot. After we left, we couldn't find our medicine box anywhere. We called about this three times to no avail.
