Positive: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were very professional! The room was clean and in order. The continental breakfast was incredible! Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravel, cereal and milk, muffins and fruit! The staff was incredible!!! Centrally located which makes it easy to visit each surrounding area!

Negative: Everything was fantastic!

Summary: Clean, roomy, comfortable and accommodating.

Positive: My husband (who eats meat) loved the breakfast options, through a little more variety would have been great. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and the highlight of our stay. Room was big and TV options plenty when you want to come back from a day of explore and just chill out. The location is also superb. Mount Rushmore is 15 mins or less of a drive, but you are also about an hour or 2 from places like Custer, Badlands, etc and the drives were all pretty straightforward and easy to do.

Negative: The room as a whole likely needs an upgrade and was quite dark with the curtains drawn. We had no possibility of natural light and had to use the room lights instead. The shower never got HOT after a cold day of being out and exploring. Lastly, the hot breakfast were not vegan or vegetarian friendly so it was cold options or a biscuit. Would be great to have/see more of a variety.. even some home fries or potato something would have helped.
