Unique History & Pet Policy
This beautiful and interesting property was once a church camp and sanctuary. Before its rebuild, the home had 13 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, which gives the space a truly unique character and a sense of community spirit.
The property was purchased with a dream to one day become a large breed dog rescue. During the summer months, the second unit is occupied by me and my dogs. For this reason, travelers who wish to bring pets must obtain approval prior to booking. If you have pets, I also have other pet-friendly properties in the area and can happily share those listings.

You’ll also get to enjoy the company of our hobby farm pets: a rooster, several chickens, 2 guard geese. The chickens produce fresh eggs—just ask, and we’ll have some waiting for you in your unit upon arrival!

Summary: 6 of us spent the weekend for our son’s wedding, would love to come back without an event to attend! It is spacious with plenty of room (and bathrooms!!) . The property is so quiet and peaceful. Aside from issues with the code on arrival everything was perfect, and Susan was so kind and responsive to all our questions. Highly recommend!!
