Negative: The weather was hot and no air conditioning was available only 1 fan, I had to ask for another fan, and a few more things that were missing. The neighborhood was too noisy and the apartment was right on the street where we could not open the windows to get fresh air. The curtains also did not keep out the prying eyes.

Positive: The position was perfect and easy to get everywhere thanks to the subway, the apartment and the furniture were clean and the check-in was very easy thanks to the indications of the host

Negative: We booked the apartment for four people, but it had only one bed (for two people) and a couch, which could host only one person, since it was not the one we saw in the pictures on the site: we found another one. In plus the room was pretty cold, so we asked the host for other duvets and we had to pass the night like that, because he brought it only the morning after

Positive: Excellent location as it was a couple of streets away from where our son and his wife live whose wedding we were in Madrid for. There were good local places to have breakfast within 5 minutes walk of the apartment. 2 metro stations were close by - Pueblo Nuevo and Quintana. 20 minutes to the city centre.

Negative: The apartment was well equipped with basic kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses but there were no dishcloths, tea towels or washing-up liquid. We bought washing up liquid and left the few pieces we had to wash up on the draining rack.
