Summary: A return visit for us. Still a charming, slightly quirky short-term apartment (we stayed a week). Ideal access to the subway system, grocery store next door, beautiful park across the street, Hispanic commercial district nearby, plus 5 million quiet souls in nearby Almudena. Just a nice two-bedroom spot for a short stay.

Summary: Very nice stay! It's ten minutes from Retiro by metro which was nice. Got to know the residential side of Madrid a little bit. Check-in was easy. The apartment is on the first floor so you do hear people walking on the streets. That didn't bother us but is something to consider for future guests. Loved having the coffee machine.

Summary: Prompt replies from host to all questions asked. Excellent wifi, felt very safe, hardly any night noise Very clean, appliances great. Appreciated fitst night supplies(ie coffee, pepper, water...) Great location, v close to metro, groceries, eateries. We often found google maps and online sites were not to scale, inaccurate, or did not show all street names. While the wifi was excellent inside the accomodation we did not have data or phone plans. So, i would wish for a paper map of the immediate area, perhaps showing some close by sites (ie quaint streets, best pub, neat shopping, La Almunada cemetry, etc) also a clear subway sytem map. We did use screenshots,etc, but would have been easier to get our bearings by taking a photo of a reliable, accurate map. This most recent comment is merely a suggestion....i woul definitely come back to and reccomend this rental.

Summary: Property close to metro and steps away from small mercado. Spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Park across street. Lockbox is small, and high on the outside of building. Once we found it, entry was a breeze...a neighbor helped. Some may find it noisy with outside ground level conversation, but not a problem for us. Grateful to be on ground level with our luggage and no lift. Pleasant neighborhood.Never found tablecloth and napkins until we were leaving. Nice to have washer and dryer. Welcome bottle of wine much appreciated. Enjoyed our time in Madrid from US.

Summary: We liked very to stay in this cosy appartement next to the métro to the centre of Madrid, in front of a park and a dog play ground, very close to a supermarket and some restaurants.

Summary: Very cool rental flat, loved the style. Looks like a hippie pad, refitted and modernized quite well, has a very cool attitude aout it. Excellent location next the Almudena subway station made getting around Madrid extremely easy and convenient. Highly recommended.

Summary: Apartment neighbors were a bit loud at night. There was this one woman arguing but the biggest issue were the amount of roaches. We killed atleast 13 over the course of two days. This needs to be looked at immediately.

Summary: I am extremely grateful that you made my son's 10 night stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible while the situation with the COVID lockdown became increasingly difficult. The grocery store nearby supplied all the basic needs while the essentials (salt and pepper, olive oil etc) were already in the kitchen. Thank you for your flexibility with check in/out and we would definitely stay again, hopefully in better circumstances.
