Summary: Our trip consisted of five adults and five kids, the stay was ok! When we first arrived, the keypad code didn’t work, temp inside was at 74 degrees (thermostat 68 degrees) didn’t cool the place until next morning so our sleep upstairs was miserable. Didn’t know about fees to heat the pool ($20 per day) or rent the grill ($35 per day) that’s at the unit until the day of arrival. I feel that was Misleading and should be included in the rental feel. The WiFi worked when it wanted. The clubhouse was always packed, we didn’t get a chance to check it out. The location is very close to everything and it was crowded everywhere. Traffic was always backed up. I can say that Deconova communication was on point, the young lady was nice, she always answered the phone and was very helpful. Which is one of the reasons I am giving the rental an overall 3 stars.

Summary: The huge house and private pool were perfect for our family. Our young kids got to swim at 7am or whenever they wanted, which was great. The house is super spacious — especially considering the very affordable price. The bed sheets and towel were clean and items provided in the house were sufficient. The community pool area was very crowded, but it was spring break. Cons: the baseboards could use a good scrub down / repainting and I would say the cleaning crew could do a better job if cleaning the patio area. It would have been perfect if the patio / pool deck and outdoor furniture were sprayed down and the grates / drains were cleaned out. Overall, great value.

Summary: Had some trouble getting in with the combo lock but when we called the property manager was quick to offer a solution and we were in. The pictures are true to life and I would highly recommend staying here. It was super clean. It was convenient to all the necessities.

Summary: The house is very clean and comfortable and has all the necessary features to make your stay very special. The community is great and the amenities too. We had the chance to enjoy the water park and the Club House in a great and safe environment. I really recommend this place to stay with your family and friends.

Summary: We are 3 sisters with adult daughters. We loved the location and the cleanliness of the condo. Having the pool was a great touch and allowed us to visit while being socially distant. Would recommend.

Summary: I was worried about traveling to Orlando due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. I immediately felt safe! It was like a home away from home. Beautiful home with comfort and supreme cleanliness.

Summary: This property was very clean and spacious for our family stay. 30 minutes from Universal. We loved the Clubhouse pool, water slides, and lazy river. The little pool at our house was an added bonus too.

Summary: Our family stayed here for a week (8 of us). 4 adults, 4 kids and it was perfect. The house was great! Very clean, beach towels, regular towels, all needed kitchen utensils were provided. The pool gets the morning sun which was nice, and the heated pool was great after the sun went down. Beds were comfortable. There's a 7-11 right around the corner (super nice for needing snacks/drinks). The main resort/swim area was not a far walk away and was fabulous (not overly crowded) with daily activities for the kids such as water balloon toss, chalk art, etc. 20 min drive from Disney, and a few minute drive to all other stores/food/shopping. The pool wasn't heated upon arrival but Jose sent someone out right away, and it was warm the next morning. Definitely would stay here again!
