Positive: All was great. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Nice touch by providing snack like curry puff at pool side.

Negative: The swimming pool. There were dead leaves and insects on the water. The tiles on the base of the pool were broken. The side corner of the pool need some scrubbing.

Positive: The staff were well-trained, courteous and accommodating. Ocean View suite was nice and spacious.

Negative: The hot water in the shower only lasted 3-4min every time we needed to shower. Suggest to have simple deck chairs for the balcony, would be nice. Also would be good to install bedside plug points for charging purposes.
