Positive: Had a lovely stay at Royal wood Coorg. The property is calm, scenic, and very well maintained—perfect for a peaceful break. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The food truly stood out. Every meal was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. We especially enjoyed the local Coorg-style dishes, which were authentic and delicious. The breakfast spread was wholesome with good variety, and both lunch and dinner felt homely yet thoughtfully presented. You can tell a lot of care goes into the cooking. Overall, a relaxing stay with excellent food and warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend Royal wood Coorg and would love to visit again.

Positive: Location was excellent completely surrounded by Trees with a decent view. Rooms were spacious and clean. Needless to say, the Food was delicious and all of my Family did have a very good time together, relaxing and having a good food. Property owner was cool and helped me with the suggestions for the places to visit along with the Timings and also suggested good places for Food :-)

Negative: Nothing as such that I did not like w.r.t the Property. If going with kids better carry some Indoor games, etc to keep them engaged.

Summary: Good place to relax and enjoy the Silence, Greenery, Food and to take a break from routine chores!

Positive: The location is great, surrounded by hills and lush greenery. Perfect for a peaceful getaway. It's a bit out of the way, but that's the charm of it. They also serve excellent home style food. The host Anthony is very warm and helpful. He has a lot of local knowledge about the food and places to see in the area. You will feel right at home. We really got a feel of Coorg.
