Positive: This is a stunning property located in the quiet and very relaxed pedi bay area of Symi. The house is spotlessly clean, furnished to a very high standard and has really high end fixtures and fittings. The hosts were fantastic before, during and after our stay with open and easy lines of communication Royal villa has to be one of the very best properties on the island of Symi and is highly recommended to anyone looking for a touch of luxury in a fantastic location We will be returning in the not too distant future. Thank you michail and Peter for your hospitality and kindness.

Positive: À wonderful setting overlooking Pedi. Easy access to the beach, the bus & 2 very good tavernas. All furnishings inside and out of the villa high quality. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms. Terraces on each side of the house for sunshine or shade as you wish. Michail gave us a good introduction to the house & responded immediately when we had a query.

Summary: We enjoyed a week in a luxurious comfortable villa. We would love to return.

Positive: Ioannis is the perfect host, always happy to help with anything, so kind too! The property is amazing, we were a group of 9 and there was plenty of space for everybody. The bbq was great too.

Positive: All wonderful. Postion of "Villa" is great with beautiful views across Pedi Bay. Michail was very welcoming and dealt with any problems ( which were few ) very efficiently. Air con in all the rooms was very good. And WiFi worked well. The family loved using the kayak and paddle board provided Local tavernas were good and the supermarket was well stocked. We all had a fantastic time.

Positive: We had wonderful stay at royal villa,excellent space and facilities , Perfect location, lots of outside space and quiet corners to relax in and out of full sun,brilliant air conditioning, fabulous views, bbq perfect, the shower outside was amazing.also pool was great addition , but it was only short walk to the sea ❤️

Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like , the hosts were very attentive well done, Thank you
