Positive: Staff were friendly and pleasant. Very comfortable bed Location excellent for anyone travelling by train

Negative: The bathroom needed an update. Only one sachet of decaf coffee in room (plenty of regular coffee sachets). Due to a major water leak in the area there was no water for a shower in the morning. Bottled water was provided at reception but I had to get dressed to collect it before I could heat some in the kettle to have a wash. They could have been more pro active.

Summary: I only stayed 1 night. I would choose a different hotel for a longer stay.
