Positive: The host and the attendant (Om-Mohamed) were very hospitable, responsive and attentive.

Negative: The room/studio was okay but it was not as clean as expected. There were dust all over the table(s, chair and kitchenette counter. The kitchen stove was not clean as well.

Summary: Good for the price and location but if you are clean freak, this is not your cup of tea.
